You have reached the last step in the process of recruiting affiliates. This is where things start to become interesting. You will find it necessary to add your site to the directories previously referred to, and you will have to start the actual process of searching for affiliates. Finally, you will have to consistently reorganize your plan and tighten up holes so that your affiliate program will be successful. Let’s start with registering your site in the directories.

Upon visiting the directory’s site, remember that every one of the directories will have its own requirements. There will also be a tiny number of sites they will never allow to register. The primary thing every one of these directories will ask for is the URL of your site, the way you intend to base payments, and an idea of what youu site is about or what you sell. Keep in mind that these listings will be checked out completely and it is best if you are totally open and honest.

After you’ve been added to these directories, the next step is to advertise. Let’s face it, you can’t just wait and hope for people to stumble across your free listing in the directories. You need to capture their attention as soon as possible. This said, you will have to post your announcements on someone else’s site. You can do this in several different ways. Many of these have already been mentioned in other articles. You want to get people signed up as affiliates, so you have no choice but to advertise.

Finally, as with all endeavors, it is not the last step just to create the plan and put it into motion. What if part of your plan doesn’t work? How van you tell? For this reason, you will have to consistently go over the results of your plan to decide which parts work and which don’t. When you discover something that could be made better, act on it right away. The more often you do this, the better your recruiting will become. Time after time you will change your method to make it more competitive, and the profits from your work will grow.

These three articles only scratched the surface of all the information you will find out there in regards to this. No matter how quickly you act online, you will always be a little behind. So keep learning about this to continue tweaking your affiliate recruiting efforts.

If you’ve made the decision to take your own path and start not only your own online business, but also your own affiliate program, you have your work cut out for you. It’s a exhausting undertaking with a lot of things to accomplish, and many things to keep track of. However, if you’re seeking success in e-commerce, this is one super way to go about the process.

In this initial section on finding affiliates, I want to let you know about the work you’ll need to accomplish before you even get started. First, you’ll want to perfect your website. Look it over and make sure that everything is where it belongs. Check to be certain there are no mistakes in grammar. Check the spelling on every page of the site to make certain there are no errors. The worst thing that can happen is for someone to visit your site and be immediately turned off by plain errors you’ve neglected to fix. Your site will need to be perfect.

Once you’ve checked and fixed all the mistakes, you’ll need to do some research. Locate all of the affiliate directories you can and make a list. These are the sites you will want to visit for information and links to the affiliate programs in the areas where you seek listings. You might wonder why this is necessary. You want to be listed in as many places as possible, because others will be looking for affiliates and most likely come across your site in their search. Most of the affiliate programs directories in existence will think about placing a free link to your business on their site. It will help you to know what the rest are doing so you can surpass them.

Make an affiliate information page on your site. When you visit any of the affiliate programs on your list you will most likely see this kind of page. It lists all of the details about your program and how it runs. When you get prepared to list your program in the directories, you might be allowed to submit only one URL. If that is the case, submit the link to your information page.

Now it is time to move forward to the next step. That step is to determine what kind of plan you will offer. We’ll discuss plans in Part 2.

When you are looking for a new business idea, use social and marketing trends
to help you out. For an extreme example, Internet Marketers seem to use every
holiday, be it January 1st, December 25th, 4th of July or even April 1st, to offer special deals and discounts in order to make a few more sales.

You can use the same strategy but come off looking good.

Here’s how you can spot trends and profit from them.

1. Use seasons and times of the year to see when is the best time to launch
your business. For example, if you want to sell customized t-shirts, when
do you think it would be better to start? Summer? No. Start in winter so
that you’re prepared for the spring wardrobe change. Now, turn this into an
info product idea.

2. Look at developing interests through international events (sports, social,
political, cultural and even economic) to use locally in your business. From
simple things like using your favorite soccer club’s recent success by
offering souvenirs and special discounts to elaborate business
investments such as sponsorships and partnerships with other
businesses, it’s always important to keep your business grounded in real-
world events.

3. Movie releases, books, public events and seasons tend to increase
peoples’ interests in various topics. And what is the primary method for
people to search for information? The Internet! Cash in on trends by
having the right ‘information’ ready in time, and then use that traffic any
way you choose (hopefully to make a lot of money). In the next section I’ll
tell you some excellent ideas on using public domain works to profit from

Info products are perfect for capitalizing on ANY trend, fad, holiday, etc.
Set out to find that right market and proceed with your info product

Using Free Reports to Build Your List

Aside from pre-selling your products and affiliated offers, the other purpose of your free viral report should be to build your mailing list.

This is because if you are unable to pre-sell, let alone sell, the products and services featured in your free report, the last ditch effort should be to collect leads. In short, if you cannot convert the reader into a ready buyer, you should then attempt to convert him or her into your subscriber.

In that manner, you can still follow up with your reader on future offers and have a chance at converting him or her into your customer, preferably lifetime.

You can do so by offering a lifetime update to your report or a unique notification list your reader will be interested in subscribing to, which leads to having him or her subscribed to your mailing list.

One of the few success factors in viral marketing of your free report is quality. If your readers find your information worth sharing, and you encourage them to do so by giving them the right to give your report away for free, you will be able to have your name, status and links within the report passed around without any effort on your part – simply because others are willing to do so for you!

How to Go About Getting Your Article in Directories

You’ve written your article, distanced yourself from it for a couple of days and are now sure it is ready to be submitted to article sites. Each of these sites has its own rules regarding submissionm regardless of whether it is called an article bank or an article directory.

You need to start by doing your homework. Most of the sites will require you to register, which costs nothing. Making a document with your name, address, telephone number, email address, business name, and website address, as well as the username and password that you would like to use will save you time . You can copy and paste from it into each site. You can also use software, such as Roboform at .

Read the submission guidelines completely for each site before you submit for each one is different. The sites will vary on how many articles they will accept each week. Some article sites require an actual human being to register. Not following the guidelines set forth could cause you to be banned from ever posting.

While most sites will post your entire article, there are some that will only post a brief bit and link to the article stored at your site. You will find it boring to type in the same information over and over again so that is where the cut and paste document or Roboform comes in.

It’s much easier to have a ready-made document or software to fill in the repeat information. Next, fill in your headline, subheadline, the body of the article, and your author’s resource box information, cutting and pasting works well here. Some of the sites will keep your information on file but you may find yourself needing to change this information when you choose to promote a different product.

After submitting your articles, you will see an increase in the amount of mail you receive. Using a different email address solely for article submissions will help. You will need to make sure and check it, however, because the article sites always check for email validity.

There are hundreds of sites to submit your articles to, but the following listed ones are the ones you should start with.

Even the best of affiliate programs won’t prosper

Success on Adsense – 5 Quick Tips

Adsense No Comments »

As you use Google’s AdSense for more and more time you begin to learn from the mistakes of the past, and you slowly begin to realize which of your actions kept your site from reaching its full potential.

But an important part to making a mistake is telling people about it and teaching them how to avoid making the same mistake. So this is a list of the top five mistakes people using AdSense make.

You should read them well, and see if any of them is applicable to your contents. If it is, you must stop and attempt to fix such errors as quickly as possible.

The first major no-no that everyone seems to be hitting at one point or another has to do with breaking the rules. Google’s AdSense is a great program but it relies on you respecting a few set rules.

The most important thing is not to create “artificial clicks” through any means possible. Never click your own links, never ask your friends or close ones to click the links and never, by any means have your content encouraging the visitors to click the links. You run the risk of being permanently banned, and that will definitely damage your revenue.

Failing to comply with Google’s terms could have your AdSense account suspended. And this is why this rule is by all means the most important one of all. It’s because this is the difference between life or death.

The second thing users get wrong a lot of time is having a bad color palette for ads. Many times this happens because the publishers aren’t knowledgeable enough to change default color palettes.

Others just can’t seem to spend enough time in changing those defaults. Having bad ads that stand out is sure to push people away from clicking; whilst having something which is clearly visible yet distinctive will.

Third, of course, the position of the ads is probably the key element you should get right if you want to maximize your profits with AdSense. This is noted in a lot of places on the web and Google talks about this as well. Google can provide you with statistics which illustrate what positions work particularly well on your website.

Fourthly, banner ads are also a very bad idea if you’re using AdSense. 480×60 type ads are a sure way to drive many people away as most Internet surfers have developed a natural resistance to such means of advertising.

And last, but clearly not least, is not taking care of the site running the ads. Because ultimately it doesn’t matter how cool the site is itself. If it doesn’t have updated contents and a lot of daily visitors it will probably never earn you any serious AdSense revenues.

So these are the most important five things people get wrong while using the AdSense program. But of course if you don’t like this means of expressing the issues, here are the top five things you should do to ensure your AdSense ads are constantly bringing in that revenue.

Never break Google’s policy. Don’t make visitors create “artificial clicks” on your website regardless of the person doing so or the reason. Make sure your ads have the right colors that blend in with your site, and make sure they’re positioned in the right places to attract as many customers as possible. Always try to avoid using banner-like (480×60) adds unless you really know what you’re doing and constantly keep your site fresh and up to date.

So with that in mind you should be raising your AdSense revenues in no time.

4 Simple Methods For Boosting Traffic And Increasing Profits

Web Traffic Tips No Comments »
AddThis Social Bookmark Button

The life blood of any website is traffic, not traffic in the real world sense, but a large flow of internet visitors to your website. The more visitors to your website, the more money you will make. But getting a large flow of visitors is not as easy as it sounds, it doesn’t just happen, you have to make it happen, and here are 4 very effective ways of doing this:

1) Conduct joint ventures with other webmasters or list owners. Creating an effective joint venture is one of the quickest and most profitable ways of boosting your website traffic and massively increasing your sales.

A joint venture is simply an agreement made between two parties in which they both benefit. In your case, you have a product to sell and what you need to find is somebody who has a large list of subscribers and who is looking for good quality products to offer their list. You would offer the list owner a percentage of each sale in exchange for them recommending your product to their subscribers.

The key with joint ventures is to find list owners who are not direct competitors. For example, if you have a product related to puppy care you joint venture with somebody who has an ezine dedicated to dog breeding, or you could joint venture with your local vet.

2) Write articles related to the topic of your niche product and submit them to as many article directories and ezine editors you possibly can. Writing articles serves three purposes:

i) It sets you up as an expert in your niche. If your articles appear in many newsletters and hundreds of websites, people will perceive you as an expert.

ii) At the bottom of each article there is a brief bio in which you can place a link back to your website. If people are impressed with the content of your article, they will click on the link to your website to read more.

iii) Each of your articles that are published on the internet is one more link back to your website. The more links that point back to your website the more relevant your website will appear to the search engines and the higher your page will rank.

The key with articles is to submit them everywhere, to as many different places as possible. Submitting articles manually will take days, so use a paid submission service.

3) Promote your website using pay per click search engines. Your first task is to find as many keywords and keywords phrases related to your product (that people are typing into the search engines) as possible. We’re not talking about ten or twenty, but hundreds, over a thousand if you can. Next you need to create a brief classified type advertisement which has a catchy benefit laden headline.

When you have these, enter them into your pay per click search engine and decide on a maximum bid for each keyword (the amount you are prepared to pay when a person clicks on the headline for your advertisement). When a surfer enters the same keyword phrase as one of yours associated with your advertisement, your advertisement will be displayed as a “Sponsored Listing” and if the surfer clicks your ad, you get charged the bid amount and the surfer is taken to your website.

4) Get as many links as possible pointing to your website. As mentioned earlier, the more links pointing to your website, the higher it will rank in the search engines for the keywords you have optimized the page for.

There is another side to having hundreds or thousands of links pointing to your website… You also get a considerable amount of traffic from people clicking on those links. This type of traffic tends to be very targeted as people won’t click on a text link unless it is of interest to them.

Other than article writing, there are two major ways of getting links back to your website:

i) You can purchase text links back to your website from other high ranking web pages. The key is to buy links on pages with a similar theme to your website.

ii) You can create a reciprocal linking directory on your website. For each link you receive from another website, you will place a return, or reciprocal link back to that website. The ultimate link directories are categorized to help surfers find interesting links and also because links of a similar theme give the page they appear on the same theme, which is important for link relevancy and search engine optimization.

For example, when you buy a domain, you do not buy it for life, you only buy it for so many years. That can be just one year, or more. Which is a personal preference. So, starting a blog does not have that cost up front that you are looking at for a website, nor does it cost anything monthly to host as a website would. Not only does blog marketing news make you aware of new things, but it also keeps you up to date on old things that you all ready use. For example, if pinging your blog no longer was good for a blog, you would definitely find out about it in the blog marketing news. So, it can be used for new techniques and tools as well as old ones.

Blog marketing news can be found anywhere that you would go to find website marketing news.
