If you’re looking at Google’s AdSense program to make money with your blog you’re surely asking yourself how much you could make from such a program. You probably think you can’t make as much as you can from traditional advertising schemes.

Google, of course, keeps a great deal of secrecy regarding how much AdWords advertisers pay per each click directed to their site and the same applies for how much AdSense banner holders make from their websites and blogs

While there’s nothing official, rumors circulate around the Internet concerning the amount of cash a blogger can earn by using AdSense. And many people (illegally) disclose how much they have been making with AdSense. There are stories of people raising over one thousand dollars per month using AdSense, some as much as $1000 a day just through blogging.

There are also stories of people exceeding $100,000.00 per month but it’s a bit hard to believe such stories. The truth to the matter is that if you have a small blog and you just want it to support itself with a little extra income, and you don’t wish to reach your pocket for its maintenance costs you can easily do this with AdSense.

AdSense is also very good for people who host a lot of pages or very large community blogs. Even if the said pages or blogs don’t generate a lot of traffic individually, every click counts and you can earn up with a lot of money by doing this. And that just goes to prove that sometimes quantity matters nearly as much as quality.

There’s no telling how much money you’re going to make by using Google’s AdSense program on your blog but you can sort of tell for yourself, before actually starting, by taking a few things into consideration.

First, is the amount of visits your blog may now get every day. While there’s no way to estimate precisely on this, you can generally make a safe assumption that if you have a lot of clicks per day you’ll be making good money.

Also, this depends on what exactly your blog is about. If your site is about anything popular (music, sex, whatever) you’re bound to get a lot of banner clicks. These have a coefficient associated with them, called the CTR (click through ratio).

Basically, what it translates to is that if a large proportion of your site’s visitors click the ads you’ll be making more money. And the best way to do this is to have some popular content in your site, ensuring the links direct users towards popular items as well.

Then of course, there’s the position and number of ads on your blog. While you don’t want to overdo it, having many ads will undoubtedly generate more income for you as a webmaster. Do not however believe, that if you just add a lot of ads in an important portion of your site, visitors could always just skip them (and be assured that many do just that).

There’s something between an art and a science to positioning your ads. People generally look in certain places and never look in others, and knowing this a website author and/or webmaster can do a great deal of things to increase his earnings with AdSense.

All in all, the amount of money you make with AdSense depends on many factors. But if you have a site with interesting contents and/or many pages, and if you see a constantly large amount of traffic every day, you can bet you’ll be making a lot of money with AdSense.

Even if you aren’t in the above categories, AdSense is still worth using on your blog because there’s very little hassle in setting it up, and many times it can help financially support the site, whilst being a nice bonus to get through the mail at the end of the month.

Blogging news stories as they unfold is one of the most
exciting and controversial applications of technology

The fact that these stories and images were being spread
directly by individuals operating without the added
filter of a reporter helped to make the crisis feel very
immediate to people across the globe. When it comes to
blogging, news often appears in a very personal context.
This has the potential to be the beginning of an exciting
new era of reporting, one that takes “New Journalism”
to it’s logical next step by putting the power to shape
how the news is written and read directly into the hands
of the public.

Many bloggers and cultural commentators who are
champions of the weblog movement feel that this
growing trend of individuals who getting their news
from blogs is a good thing, because it makes the flow of
information more democratic. By decentralizing the
control of news, blogs allow more voices to enter the
field of debate about important current events.
However, many people are adamantly opposed to the
use of blogs as news outlets, and there are plenty of
good arguments on this side of the debate. Unlike
newspapers or television stations, few blogs have fact-
checkers, and there is little attention paid to journalistic
accountability on many blogs. This can lead to the rapid
spread of misinformation, and more than one falsehood
has taken the blogosphere by storm. The questions
about whether blogging news as it happens is ethical or
not are very complicated, but no matter where you stand
on the topic of current events blogs you are almost sure
to agree that this movement has the potential to

Many people have heard about pay per click arbitrage but are unsure of what it actually is and therefore, don’t consider using it as part of their Internet marketing arsenal.

PPC arbitrage is a method of buying low-cost clicks for one of your webpages, and once the visitor clicks through, they are presented with a page that, aside from the content on it, contains an XML or text feed of search engine listings. These search engine feeds are usually obtained from second-tier search engines. If the visitor clicks on one of these listings, you receive revenue from that click.

Obviously, for arbitrage to work the revenue obtained from a visitor clicking on a feed link must be greater than the cost of the clicks you are paying for.

If you are wondering whether it is possible to find ways to buy clicks for a few pennies, and have visitors click links on your page that can make you 40 or 50 cents each, it is entirely possible. Just check out the second-tier search pay per click search engines.

Second-tier search engines refer to companies that are a notch below Google, Yahoo!, and MSN in popularity. There are many of these search engines, such as Miva, Enhance, GoClick, and Search123 that can provide clicks on many keywords for just a few pennies each.

Likewise, there are several search engine companies that provide their feeds to webmasters, such as SearchFeed, RevenuePilot, SearchAnyway, and 7Search. When a visitor clicks on a link in one of these feeds you will earn a percentage of the revenue earned from that click. The percentage is usually quite high, from 50% to 65%.

The best kind of keywords to use in pay per click arbitrage are ones from the most competitive markets. This means that you’ll find your best success in pay per click arbitrage from niches such as insurance, education, pharmaceuticals, and online gambling.

Visit any of the second-tier search engines and you will see that buying clicks to your site are relatively inexpensive (5 to 15 cents per click), yet those companies which offer their search feeds will pay 50, 75, or even over a dollar for some very competitive keywords.

The key to executing an arbitrage campaign is by having a type of script, called an XML parser, implemented in your website. This type of script reads data from the visitor, such as IP address, and “pulls” in the necessary data from the feed and displays it on your web page.

These types of scripts are hard to find, although a few are available commercially for a very reasonable price. There is also the possibility of having a script written by using a service such as Elance or Rentacoder. A proficient PHP coder should be able to write an XML parser with minimal effort and not charge you an arm and a leg for it.

PPC arbitrage is an area of Internet marketing that is wide open and is one that should be explored further.

The following traffic techniques are time consuming, but they are 100% free and will get you a fair amount of targeted traffic. If your site is properly optimized for monetization, you will soon be earning enough money to invest in buying traffic, and save your precious time to build new websites.

So on we go for these 11 surefire free traffic techniques :

This tip is so obvious I won’t even count it, but it is often overlooked : submit your site to the major search engines (google, yahoo, msn) and to as many search engines as you can.

1. Use this proven Bummarketing technique, write 5 to 10 articles and submit them to the free article directories. Off course you must include a link to your site in the article itself or in your bio box. The articles should be optimised for a keyword your site is targeting.

2. Find blogs related to your topic and leave useful comments with a backlink to your site. In the same way you could go to answers.yahoo.com, and answer questions related to your site’s topic. Off course put a link to your site in each of your answers. Another thing you should consider, is joining the most popular forums that deal with you site’s topic and becoming an active poster. Include a link to your site in your signature.

3. This one can be very powerful. Write a press release about your site and submit it to press release sites such as prweb.com. If you are not familiar with press releases, take some time to do a little research : a press release is not written like an article.

4. If you are happy with a product or service you have use, write an unbiased testimonial and trade it for a backlink to your site.

5. Start a blog on blogger.com and a blog on wordpress.com, link them to your site and submit them to the hundreds of free blog directories. This will get you plenty of traffic as long as you keep your blogs updated.

6. Try posting ads with a link to you site on all the free classified ad site you can find (such as craigslist.com). The best ones will allow you to post a live link. But don’t neglect the other ones. If your ad is well written, people will go out of their way and type your url in their browser. Off course you must post in the appropriate category.

7. An easy way to get a extra more free traffic is to add a link to your site in your email signature.

8. Start a page on myspace.com and on any other high page rank social bookmarking site you can find. In the same way, go to Squidoo.com, open a few accounts, create a few lenses and link them to your site.

9. Submit a viral video to youtube.com. You don’t really need any video producing knowledge as a simple powerpoint slideshow with some background music will to the job perfectly.

10. Search your main keywords on Google and see if you can exchange reciprocal links with related websites that come up in the top results.

11. You could write an ebook or a short report (say 10 to 20 pages), or find a product with giveaway rights that you can brand with a link to your site. Then submit it to all the free ebook directories you can find online.

This last tip is not free, but is worth the extra buck. Check out the misspellings or variations of your domain name, or those of your competitors. If you find a good available domain, grab it and redirect the traffic to your site.

Now all this looks like a full time job ! All these techniques work, but you don’t have to use them all at once. Just pick the one you feel the best with and act now. Invest 30mn to an hour daily in building your free traffic. Then step to you next favourite technique and within a few weeks you should be earning enough money to afford to buy traffic and concentrate your time and efforts on building your online business.

Now that you have all of the components listed above, I want you to write next to each one what it was about that particular component that made it appealing to you. This doesn’t have to be a long drawn out description. Just one or two sentences that tell why you thought that component were a good part of the offering.

Now you have a list of the components of a winning product that got your attention specifically and you cause this as your blueprint to creating your own product. What you have essentially done here is reverse engineered the structure of the offer from the product that you analyzed so that you can use it in creating your own product. There is nothing better than creating a product based on a winning product idea.

Next, I want you to re-write the headline at the top of the page under the list you just created but I want you to “really” re-write it, not just copy it. This means I want you to write a new headline that is similar or uses the same structure as the original but customize it to the product that you have in mind that you want to sell. This is going to be your headline for your product!

The headline should promise something big just like the original does. You can actually use the same meaning and get the same point across in your headline, you just can’t blatantly copy the persons headline because this is copyright infringement.

Now you have a headline that will power you to create a hot product and you have an outline of all the components that you need to create to have a winning offer that compels people to buy.

The next step is going to be creating your outline for “your” product. You can browse the letter you selected as your favorite again for chapter or content ideas and also use that information as seeds to go drop into Google and find more ideas to write on. Use a separate text document or blank sheet of paper and note down all of your ideas until you have enough to fill out your product.

There it is, the last in the three part series that teaches you how to use Clickbank to come up with winning product ideas with no work, no testing and no out of pocket expense.

The possibilities that lay within this simple system are endless. You can create an unlimited amount of products in all kinds of markets using these tricks of the trade.

If your product didn’t work, you were still out the thousands of dollars you spent testing and creating it as well as all of that wasted time! This is why so many “potential” good products never live to see the success that they truly deserve!

Just by looking at the list of products that you now have you can see in a quick glance, what’s working and what’s selling right now on the Internet!

Now, I want you to open up a text document in your favorite word processing program. I don’t’ care if it’s Notepad on windows. Heck, if you just want to scratch this down on a piece of real paper, that will do just find as well.

Now I want you to write down the names of the top 5 products on that list and go visit those pages one at a time.

When you get to the product page I want you to read each salesletter in its entirety and make notes of exactly what the person is offering. If they are selling an eBook take note of that. If they have loads of bonuses, I want you to take note of that too. You want to look at their page and see exactly what it is they are offering and take detailed notes on that. Also take notice of the angle that they are using which is usually reflected in the headline of the page, right at the top.

Now that you have taken notes on these five products, I want you to select the one that resonated with you. What this means is that I want you to select the one product that you felt most compelled to buy.

You’re doing this because if that product attracted you and made you want it, that is what you want your product to do and in our next step you will learn how to do that.

Now that you have analyzed 5 top selling products and have chosen the one that you felt most compelled by, it’s time to use that information to craft a plan for putting your own product together.

First in a new text document or on a blank sheet of paper I want you to write the headline for the product you have selected. This headline is important because it is what is making the product you selected so successful.

Now I want you to write down all of the components of the offer. What I mean by this is that I want you to list out everything that comes with the purchase of that product. If it’s an eBook, write down eBook and make sure to write down all of the bonuses. If you get e-mail contact with the author as a part of the package, write that down. They key here is to write down every component of the product whether it’s tangible or intangible. For example, if you got e-mail coaching as part of the offer but you chose to never use it, you would still have that available to you.
